A threatened strike by Air Europa staff has been called off. The carrier’s pilots planned to strike for four days starting on Saturday over employment conditions offered to staff hired for the new budget airline Air Europa Express. However, late on Tuesday night the airline announced that it had reached agreement with its pilots and that the strike had been cancelled.
