Málaga Town Hall is distributing 20,000 plastic bags to dog owners in the city to persuade them to clean up after their pets. The move is part of an initiative called “Málaga, how I love you!” which is emphasising the need to keep the streets clean. Local residents’ groups are helping to hand out the bags.
