A patient accused of allegedly threatening and verbally attacking a doctor and a security guard while waiting in the A&E department of Ronda’s Serranía hospital last November has been acquitted by a Ronda court. The judge’s ruling said that, while there was an incident, it could not be proven that he acted as he was accused of. The complaint filed said the incident occurred as the man thought he was waiting a long time to be seen to. The ruling can be appealed.
