Marbella town hall has opened disciplinary proceedings against the local police chief for the San Pedro Alcántara district and another municipal employee over the “irregular” charging of five euros to park in car-parking area that had been ceded for free to the town hall for the Marc Anthony and Armin Van Buuren concerts at the San Pedro football stadium. The parking fee was not authorised by the town hall.
