Málaga mayor Francisco de la Torre has proposed that the city’s Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium be named after Pablo Ráez, the bone marrow donation campaigner who died of leukaemia last month at age 20. The mayor said other places in the city, such as a street or plaza, could also be named after Pablo in recognition of his life and the impact of his campaign.
