Two men have been sentenced to a combined year-and-a-half in prison for attempting to steal eight sacks of oranges from a farm in Coín. The court heard how in July of last year the men, who had previously been arrested six times for similar thefts, cut open a fence to gain entry to the farm. They were thwarted by Guardia Civil officers who had been tailing them.
