A Málaga police officer was bitten on the hand by a 16-year-old youth last week. Officers had been called to his home by the boy’s father who said his son had absconded from an internment centre in Cádiz. As local officers arrived to detain him, the suspect also broke a window and tried to self-harm by banging his head on the floor.
