A project to convert Torre del Mar’s old bingo hall in calle Duque de Ahumada into a new municipal library has been approved by Vélez-Málaga Town Hall. The work has a budget of €344,000. The mezzanine floor of the building will be removed and a new floor at street level introduced to eliminate architectural barriers.
