Gibraltar’s Governor and Commander-in-Chief Designate, Lieutenant General Edward Grant Martin Davis CB CBE, and his wife Lorraine Davis will arrive in Gibraltar onboard RFA Mounts Bay at 10am on Tuesday, January 19, said the government. He will be received with a 17-gun salute and met by officials before a swearing-in ceremony at the Parliament.
