Seven patients in Vélez-Málaga’s Hospital Comarcal have benefitted from two multi-organ donations within 72 hours. Last week’s transplant operations involved liver, lungs, kidneys, heart, corneas and other tissues. The hospital said 30 professionals from several of its departments were involved and praised the “enormous generosity” of the families of both donors.
