A Spanish nun who spent the last six years working in Haiti was shot dead in Port-au-Prince on Friday. Isabel Solá Matas, aged 51, was killed while driving through the capital and her passenger was left critically injured. Solá Matas, a nurse and member of the Jesús María order, had moved to Haiti to help the poor following the 2010 earthquake which left 160,000 dead.
