The Guardia Civil are using Twitter to help find a 15-year-old Romanian boy last seen in Málaga on July 16. He was due to return to Romania two days later, but did not want to do so and vanished after going out shopping. Alex Stelian is slim with black hair and green eyes and was wearing short jeans and a white teeshirt when he disappeared.
