Marbella town hall last week approved licences for several residential construction projects valued at a total of €17 million in investment. They include one luxury villa in the La Cerquilla zone valued at over €900,000, three others in Santa Clara, at €600,000 each, and two developments in Nueva Andalucía with 44 and 41 homes each and valued at €7.7 million and €7.2 million, respectively.
