Marbella town hall in 2015 issued licences for construction works valued at a total of €134 million euros, which the town hall last week described as a “show of the town’s strength” in attracting investment. The total included €64 million in single-family home construction or enlargement, €36 million in multi-family housing construction or enlargement and a variety of commercial and other large and small-scale works.
