The ONCE lottery’s January 1 Sorteo de Navidad draw showered Málaga province with €8 million in first-place prizes. Ten tickets bearing the lucky number – 21993 – and paying out €400,000 each, were sold in Marbella, totalling €4 million in winnings, while five were sold in both Campillos and Antequera, paying out €2 million in each town.
