A male bather died at Los Boliches beach last Sunday, January 31. Witnesses informed emergency services that a swimmer needed rescuing at around 3.30pm, before the victim was pulled from the sea by a passer-by. However at this stage, he was already dead and local police officers, Guardia Civil and sea rescue agents were unable to save him.
