The Rincón de la Victoria council has unanimously approved a moratorium on issuing works licences along the coastline of Torre de Benagalbón while the Environment Ministry’s Department of Coasts carries out a demarcation of the public domain shorefront land in the zone. The timeline for the completion of the demarcation process has not been specified.
