A Torremolinos court has rejected a lawsuit brought by a man who wanted Telefónica to pay him back more than 300 euros due to the phone company having “unilaterally” changed his contracted monthly rate by five euros. The court ruled that the man had provided no documentation of the contract or other material supporting his claim.
