A Málaga landlord has been detained by police after changing the locks on one of his properties. He claimed the tenant owed over €6,000 in unpaid rent, had failed to pay power or water bills for almost a year, and refused to leave, as previously agreed, on June 30 when her son ended school. Police have accused him of coercion and misappropriation of his property.
