A more than 17,500-square-metre seafront residential-use plot in Manilva has gone up for auction as one of numerous properties being sold off by the liquidators of Fórum Filatélico, the stamp-investment company that was shut down after being accused of defrauding some 270,000 investors. The Manilva property, valued at 17.1 million euros, is listed on the website activosconcursales.com, where the auction closes on March 4.
