The public prosecutor is to seek a three-year prison sentence for former Marbella mayor Marisol Yagüe over the sale of a house that she had bought in Madrid but was in the name of her son, and that had been embargoed to pay part of her fines and debts following her conviction in the Malaya corruption case and demands against her by Marbella town hall. The prosecutor also wants her ordered to pay €480,000 to the town hall.
