Estepona town hall has announced a reduction in the IBI property tax rate for 2016, marking the fifth consecutive year the rate has dropped. It says that with the cut, and including discounts the town hall automatically applies to registered (empadronado) residents, IBI bills will drop by between two and five percent this year, and will be down an average of €168 compared to 2011.
