A project to build a four-star hotel in Arenas has been reactivated. A Nordic group has been planning the investment but it was delayed as a result of the economic crisis. The €32 million project will see the 247-bedroom, two-storey hotel built two kilometres outside the town on a small area of a half million square metre site, the rest of which will be reforested.
