Estepona town hall has issued licences for the creation of three new hotels in the historic quarter. They include a 28-room hotel in Calle Terraza opposite the Orchidarium, which will see an investment of €350,000, and two smaller establishments totalling around 20 rooms, in Calles Santa Clara and Caridad, with a combined investment of close to €300,000.
