Ronda’s local council has granted the licence of first occupation for the town’s new hospital to the Junta de Andalucía’s health ministry, according to councillor Francisco Márquez, with the facility still expected to open within the first three months of 2017. The hospital has also been given a favourable report by Málaga’s provincial fire department. The group’s head, Álvaro Bautista, said that deficiencies found onsite have been fixed.
