An off-duty National Police officer is being praised for saving the life of a motorcycle rider following an accident in Churriana de la Vega, south of Granada. Part of the man’s leg was amputated in the accident, and the officer applied a tourniquet to stem the bleeding. Two days later, the officer and victim were reunited in hospital.
