A minor has been detained in Málaga on suspicion of perpetrating a hate crime. His victim was a disabled person in the city who has difficulty communicating and who suffered numerous insults, threats and spitting incidents over a period of three years, as well as having stones thrown at his home. The man’s family is reported to have been too frightened to report the incidents.
