A couple who went on trial last week over the death of a three-year-old boy who they had beaten and mistreated while he was in their care (CDSN last week), have been found guilty of homicide and sentenced to 10 years in prison each. The couple, who had been caring for the child in their Marbella home in exchange for €300 a month from its mother, admitted to the crime.
