Pizarra is to acquire a fleet of environmentally-friendly electrical tricycles for municipal staff to get around the town collecting rubbish. Latest generation inverter motors mean that it costs only 20 cents for 60 kilometres travel. Two of the machines, made in Málaga and costing €2,000 each, have already been acquired with the rest of the existing fleet to be replaced in due course.
