A Granada court is this week investigating the construction of the Cármenes del Mar urbanisation in Almuñécar. Building defects have resulted in the abandonment of many of the 400 properties following land movements. The Provincial Court is questioning architects, technicians and engineers, as well as representatives from promoters Cerro Gordo S.L. and property owners.
