Thousands staged another demonstration in Granada on Sunday to protest about the delay in completion of the new AVE rail line. The city has been isolated from the rail network for two years as a result. Residents were joined by supporters from Almería and Jaén, calling for the resignation of those responsible and threatening to escalate their complaints to Madrid.
