A 41-year-old US national is serious but stable in a Granada hospital recovering from stab wounds inflicted when he was attacked in the city on Sunday afternoon. Police are looking for at least two youths involved in the incident, during which the victim’s mobile phone was stolen. Witnesses said the man was resisting his assailants when he was injured by them.
