Local police in Vélez-Málaga seized a large bale of hashish last week, that was found floating in waters off the coast of the town’s Valle-Niza area. After the alarm was raised by a passer-by, a local patrol picked up the 40-kilo package and took it to the local National Police station. An investigation has been opened into the origins of the drugs.
