A woman died in a fierce fire on the second floor of an apartment block in Málaga’s calle Héroe de Sostoa last Wednesday. Two police were injured as they tried to rescue her, while another resident was also treated for smoke inhalation. The victim who lived alone was found unconscious on the floor of the apartment and could not be resuscitated.
