Torremolinos town hall last week signed the Paris Declaration aimed at ending the AIDS epidemic. It thus commits to achieving the UNAIDS 90-90-90 targets, which means 90% of local people living with HIV knowing their status, 90% of these being on antiretroviral treatment, and 90% of people on treatment having suppressed viral loads, reducing the risk of transmission.
