The Christmas season is expected to create 5,500 temporary employment contracts in Málaga, 39% more than in 2015. Figures from human resources group Randstad suggest Málaga will fare better than the 24% lift expected in Andalucía and the national figure of 11.5%. The sectors seeing most benefits between November and the January sales will be retail, hotels and transport and logistics.
