A nine-year-old girl survived a 20 metre fall from a seventh floor balcony in the El Ejido district of Málaga last Thursday. She suffered a head injury and a broken arm after a canopy broke her fall, throwing her onto a parked car from which finally landed on the ground. The youngster was admitted to the city’s Hospital Materno Infantil while police opened an investigation.
