A Madrid driver has been fined €200 after using a car-pool lane without carrying a passenger. Police were suspicious that a passenger spotted in the front seat appeared to be a child, who should have been in the back seat. However, when they stopped the car on the A-6, they found the passenger was a doll wearing a jacket, sunglasses, a cap and headphones.
