The provincial court has overruled a lower court ruling that ordered a man to pay 6,000 euros a month in child support to his ex-wife in Marbella to cover expenses for their two children, both minors, including maintenance of the daughter’s horse, trips abroad and the son’s off-road vehicles. The court halved the payment to 3,000 euros a month.
