A Torremolinos court has ordered WiZink Bank to pay back the interest it charged a woman for purchases on her credit card, ruling that the 26.82% annual interest rate on the card was “usurious” and was only laid out in the small print of the contract, on a page the customer had not even signed. The woman is responsible for payment only of the €7,447 she spent, and no interest, ruled the court.
