Former Estepona mayor Rosa Díaz is to go on trial on October 3 for alleged irregularities in the sale of municipal properties at below market value. The prosecutor is seeking three years in prison and a 10-year ban from public office or public employment. Two other people who worked as liquidators for the town’s municipal companies also face charges in the case.
