Police in Málaga are investigating a fight which broke out in the city centre early last Wednesday and which resulted in a man having part of his ear bitten off. The victim, an American student on holiday, was taken to hospital but refused surgery. Police are reported to have recovered part of the ear which the aggressor was seen throwing away.
