A surfer last week handed to police a package containing half a kilo of hashish which he found in the sea off Castell de Ferro in Granada. The following day, the Maritime Service of the Guardia Civil found another package off the coast of Almuñécar. Investigators think they were dumped in the sea by importers trying to avoid detection.
