The prosecutor has filed a complaint from Nerja town hall against the Partido Popular regarding an illegal rubbish dump in barranco del Viejo. The site, containing 4,000 cubic metres of waste, was finally closed by the present administration last year. The PP said the prosecutor has found no evidence of any environmental or other criminal offence. An investigation into another illegal dump in Nerja continues.
