Ten people have been arrested in Granada, Málaga and Jaén during an investigation into drugs trafficking. Police believe the suspects recruited middle-aged couples without police records and with financial problems to be drugs “mules.” They were paid to carry packets holding up to 500 grams of cocaine inside their bodies from Spain to the UK, France and other countries.
