A Russian man in his 20s has been arrested after allegedly punching his girlfriend in front of two plain-clothes police officers in Puerto Banús. When the officers approached, he sped off on his motorbike, nearly hitting one of them, but was tracked down in a nearby street. He was riding the motorbike with no driving licence and had one arm in a cast.
