A doctor at Arroyo de la Miel’s health centre in Benalmádena was assaulted by a patient on January 29. The attacker allegedly burst into the doctor’s office demanding to be given a sick note, and when the doctor told him to go and make an appointment he got angry and grabbed him by the neck, according to the Colegio de Medicos. The health centre’s staff held a minutes silence on Tuesday, February 2, to condemn the incident.
