A disabled lottery ticket seller has had his €5,000 adapted electric vehicle stolen in Rincón de la Victoria. José Manuel Díaz was working in a kiosk on Avenida del Mediterráneo when thieves struck a fortnight ago. Police have alerted dealers and junkyards to look out for the vehicle which José describes as his “work tool.”
