The Nobu Marbella restaurant, the first in Spain by famed Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa, opened last Thursday at Puente Romano. While Nobu partner Robert De Niro was not on hand for the launch, executive chef Eleni Manousou told ABC newspaper he is hopeful that the Oscar-winning actor will come for the launch of the Nobu boutique hotel also planned at Puente Romano, which is scheduled to open in spring 2018.
