A 52-year-old man died and seven others were seriously injured when a car ran into a group of cyclists in Vigo on Sunday morning. Witnesses said the vehicle, driven by a man in his 80s, was overtaking when it ploughed into around 12 riders. Police said the cyclists were travelling on the road and not on a cycle track which is separated from the main carriageway.
